Warranty & Return Policy for ORIANNE Jewelry:

Thank you for choosing our exquisite collection of precious metal jewelry with gemstones and diamonds. We take pride in crafting each piece with utmost care and precision. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy:

1. Discoloration of Precious Metals: We guarantee that our precious metal jewelry will retain its original color and luster when properly cared for. In the unlikely event that discoloration occurs due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools or hot tubs, or bathing, we will offer a one-time free restoration service within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Prong Wear and Damage: We understand that prongs, being an integral part of jewelry settings, may experience wear over time. As part of normal wear and tear, prongs can catch on objects, wear out, or bend. If any issues with the prongs are detected within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will provide complimentary restoration or re-tipping services to ensure the security of the gemstones.

3. Insure Your Jewelry Pieces: We highly recommend that you insure your jewelry pieces to safeguard against any potential loss, damage, or theft. While our warranty covers manufacturing defects and certain damages, it does not extend to cover the complete replacement of lost gemstones. By insuring your jewelry, you can have additional protection and peace of mind.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from mishandling, neglect, improper care, resizing by unauthorized persons, or any modifications made to the jewelry after purchase.

No Returns on Custom Orders: Please be aware that custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order jewelry, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Custom pieces are created specifically to your unique specifications and, as such, cannot be resold to other customers. We highly recommend reviewing all details and confirming the design before placing your custom order.

Claim and Return Procedure: To make a warranty claim or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Warranty Claim: Contact our customer service team at support@oriannejewelry.com within the warranty period, providing your purchase details and a description of the issue. We may require you to provide photographs or send the item for evaluation.

  2. Return: To initiate a return for non-custom items, contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with further instructions on the return process.

  3. For both warranty claims and returns, once approved, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include shipping the item to our facility.

Important Notes:

  1. It is essential to keep the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase to avail of the warranty services.
  2. Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.
  3. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Order Processing & Production Timelines

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
    All custom jewelry is handcrafted specifically for you. Production timelines are provided at the time of purchase or consultation and typically range from 6–12 weeks, unless otherwise stated in writing. Production time does not include shipping transit time.
  • In-Stock Items
    In-stock pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Method & Security

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx
  • Shipments are fully insured
  • Signature is required upon delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, shipping speed, and insurance requirements.

All shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

ORIANNE ships internationally.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges:

  • Are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee
  • Are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • Are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of ORIANNEs control

ORIANNE cannot estimate or prepay these fees. Refused or unpaid customs charges may result in the package being returned or abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. ORIANNE is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Carrier delays
  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Address Changes

Shipping address changes must be requested before an order ships. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delays

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or peak shipping periods. ORIANNÉ is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
